About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Finacle 10X Developer with strong hands-on experience in development, customization, and support of Finacle 10X core banking solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a dynamic banking environment and are passionate about building reliable, scalable, and high-performance financial systems. The selected candidate will work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver banking application enhancements, resolve system issues, and support ongoing operations. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in Koti, Hyderabad, and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and support applications on the Finacle 10X platform.

- Work on system enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests based on business requirements.

- Participate in analysis, development, testing, and deployment of banking application modules.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system stability.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business workflows and translate them into technical solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation notes.

- Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, and performance guidelines.

- Support upgrades, patches, and version changes of the Finacle 10X platform.

- Work closely with QA and UAT teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of development and support processes.

Mandatory Requirements :

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience working on Finacle 10X.

- Strong hands-on exposure to Finacle development, customization, and support activities.

- Proven experience in handling banking application requirements and system enhancements.

- Immediate availability to join.

- Willingness to work full-time from office in Koti, Hyderabad from Day 1.

- Comfortable with two working Saturdays per month.

- Strong understanding of core banking concepts and financial systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
