Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including the design, development, and maintenance of software programs and IT systems, adhering to technical specifications and quality processes.

- Develop and modify low-level programs as required by project specifications.

- Generate working code from technical specifications, converting business requirements into functional programs.

- Participate in internal walkthroughs of design analysis, design documents, and code to ensure quality and compliance.

- Collaborate with business analysts to ensure software development aligns with established policies and business rules.

- Provide support for system testing and other related processes to ensure robust and reliable applications.

- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and manuals, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

- Update and maintain existing programs and product documentation.

- Coordinate software version control and system configuration to manage changes effectively.

Required Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- IBM FileNet

- IBM Datacap

- MySQL / DB2 / SQL / MongoDB

- Java (Spring Boot)

Education & Experience :

- Education : A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

- Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on enterprise content management (ECM) and the specific technical skills listed above
