About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM FileNet and will thrive in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain software applications using IBM FileNet to meet business requirements.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices.

- Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.

- Adapt to rotational shifts to provide continuous support and development.

Qualifications :

- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with IBM FileNet.
