Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced File Transfer Administrators (48 years) to manage, administer, and troubleshoot our critical Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in the IBM Sterling File Gateway suite and proficiency with Fortra Globalscape and related scheduling tools like JAMS (or GoAnywhere). The individual will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring the high availability of these systems in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities & Role Expectations :

- Platform Management : Manage File transfers in technologies like File Gateway and Global Mailbox.

- Installation & Configuration : Possess strong experience in IBM sterling installation, upgrade, and configuration activities.

- Third-Party Tools : Hands-on experience on Fortra GlobalScape, JAMS, and GoAnywhere.

- Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot issues related to IBM sterling and its components, system, and network connectivity.

- Technical Skills : Utilize knowledge on Linux and Windows commands.

- Availability : Must be open for 24/7 support and on-call support.

Required Technical Skills & Competencies (Must-Have) :

- Experience on Fortra Global Scape, JAMS, and GoAnywhere.

- Strong experience in IBM sterling Filegateway, Integrator, Global Mailbox, and Control Center.

- Strong experience in IBM sterling Installation, upgrade, and configuration activities.

- Knowledge on Linux and Windows commands.

Desired Skills (Good-to-Have) :

- Strong interpersonal skills; role will require engagement with a varied and global internal customers.

- Documentation skills and Python, PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.
