- Design high-quality web and mobile UI screens using Figma.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows.

- Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guides.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to convert ideas into functional designs.

- Conduct design iterations based on feedback, user insights, and usability findings.

- Ensure design consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and best-practice UX patterns.

- Deliver clear design specifications and assets for development handoff.

- Use Figma features (auto-layout, variants, prototyping, plugins) to streamline workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Figma Designer, UI Designer, or UX/UI role.

- Expert knowledge of Figma tools, components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (web + mobile).

- Understanding of UX research, user flows, and interactive design.

- Strong visual design skills : typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.

- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
