Description :

- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gather deep insights into user behavior and pain points.

- Design and optimize user journeys across responsive websites, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and complex dashboards.

- Translate requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and business teams to shape product direction.

- Create pixel-perfect UI designs that adhere to brand guidelines and usability standards.

- Lead or contribute to the evolution of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

- Use data and user feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.

- Stay informed of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, proactively bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Who We're Looking For :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design, with proven work on web applications, mobile app design, and data dashboards.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, design thinking, and accessibility principles.

- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design platforms.

- Experience in creating responsive design systems, mobile-first UIs, and component-based design libraries.

- Solid portfolio demonstrating experience with end-to-end product design, especially for dashboards and mobile apps.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers (coding not required but is a plus).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills; ability to present design rationale effectively.

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a user-first mindset
