As Lead Project Management, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery for new product modules and features, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal teams.

You will act as a bridge between client stakeholders, product, and technical teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the Client Project Head and Project Coordinator to understand client roadmaps, requirements, and business objectives.

- Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for clarity and alignment.

- Manage internal stakeholders, including Product and QA teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of new products and features, including pilot programs, success metric definitions, and performance tracking.

- Monitor client health and satisfaction through weekly GTMs, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), feature stability tracking, and consistent communication follow-ups.

- Gain deep understanding of product and client databases to ensure smooth integrations and data management.

- Demonstrate proficiency in API use cases, debugging tools like Postman and Console, and facilitate integration discussions with clients.

Who Were Looking For :

- Experience : Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in an enterprise SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and technical expertise to drive end-to-end product delivery.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in API integration concepts and SQL queries.
