Role Overview:

As a Field Engineer specializing in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), you will serve as a critical technical bridge between complex data requirements and actionable business insights. You will work directly with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to architect, implement, and troubleshoot advanced tracking solutions across digital platforms. Your primary focus will be ensuring data integrity and optimizing the customer experience by leveraging the full suite of Adobe Experience Cloud tools, directly influencing how our clients interpret and act upon their user journey data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and deploy end-to-end Adobe Analytics and CJA implementations to ensure accurate data collection across web and mobile platforms.

- Manage tag management configurations using Adobe Launch to streamline tracking deployments and improve site performance.

- Develop custom JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX solutions to capture complex user interactions and bridge gaps in standard tracking capabilities.

- Integrate third-party data sources and internal systems via Web Services and APIs to create a unified view of the customer journey.

- Audit existing analytics implementations to identify data discrepancies and provide technical recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for tracking and reporting.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all analytics implementations to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics with 6 - 8 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics implementation.

- Advanced proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, and AJAX to build robust tracking frameworks.

- Strong technical understanding of Web Services and API integrations to facilitate seamless data flow between disparate systems.

- Proven ability to manage complex tagging environments using Adobe Launch, ensuring high performance and data accuracy.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaborative problem solving in a client-facing or consulting environment.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model across our Bangalore and Noida office locations.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
