Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Cloud solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.

- Design and implement product catalog, pricing, discounting, and quoting processes.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems (ERP, billing, CRM).

- Work with development teams to oversee configuration, customization, and integrations.

- Provide technical leadership on large CPQ projects, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Mentor developers and consultants on Salesforce CPQ architecture and design.

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new CPQ features.

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of CPQ configuration (product rules, price rules, discounting, approvals, guided selling).

- Expertise in Billing processes (invoicing, payments, collections) and Revenue recognition.

- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist.

- Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, ERP systems).

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
