Role Overview :

We are seeking a Festival Reporting Analyst + Builder who can combine analytical skills with AI-driven pipeline building. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with stakeholders to evaluate new payment plans, categorize incoming data, and build reporting solutions using modern AI tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with stakeholders to analyze festival payment plans and assess effectiveness.

- Categorize and structure incoming data for reporting and decision-making.

- Build pipelines using Claude and Genie Builder (LLM-based tools).

- Develop AI-driven workflows for reporting and validation.

- Communicate findings clearly to business and technical teams.

- Provide documentation and support for reporting processes.

Must-Have Skills :

- Experience as a builder (not hardcore developer/engineer).

- Hands-on with Claude and Genie Builder for pipeline creation.

- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

- Ability to leverage LLMs to build and validate pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Ticketing or live event industry experience.

- Familiarity with semantic layer concepts.
