Fenergo Developer

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Fenergo Developer to join our offshore development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and implementing Fenergo's Fen-X/ FenE solution, with a strong background in customer lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement Fenergo's Fen-X solution, including designing solutions on the Fen-X platform.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Develop and customize workflows, user interfaces, and business rules within the Fenergo framework.

- Integrate Fenergo with internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Fenergo-related issues.

Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in customer lifecycle management, customer onboarding, KYC, and customer risk scoring.

- 1-3 years of experience configuring and implementing Fenergo's Fen-X solution.

- Proficiency in .NET development and SQL databases.

- Experience with integration tools and methodologies used in Fenergo.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
