- Configure and customize workflows, business rules, forms, and data models within the Fenergo platform.

- Implement client onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and regulatory compliance processes.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Fenergo configurations.

- Configure document management, case management, and workflow automation solutions.

- Support system integration activities with internal and external applications.

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare configuration documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.

- Provide production support and troubleshoot configuration-related issues.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills :

- Experience working with the Fenergo platform.

- Understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes.

- Knowledge of workflow configuration and business rule management.

- Familiarity with JSON, XML, REST APIs, and data mapping concepts.

- Experience with SQL and database concepts.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Fenergo certification(s).

- Banking, financial services, or fintech domain experience.

- Experience with system integrations and enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as FATCA, CRS, MiFID II, or AML regulations.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tools.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
