Role Overview :

We are hiring a Product Manager passionate about fintech and excited by the potential of Generative AI.

You will own product strategy, design, and execution of high-impact use cases that are scalable, measurable, and compliant with NBFC and RBI frameworks.

You will work across lending, customer journeys, underwriting, collections, and distribution products, and explore GenAI use cases in acquisition, fraud/risk, personalization, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities.

- Identify and validate scalable fintech + GenAI product opportunities.

- Define product roadmap for new journeys (LOS, LMS, EMI, EWA, insurance, etc.

- Collaborate with Tech, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.

- Convert ideas into structured PRDs, wireframes, and measurable rollouts.

- Benchmark best practices across fintechs, NBFCs, and global GenAI use cases.

- Drive adoption, retention, and monetization through product features.

Requirements :

- 4 - 8 years of product management experience in fintech or digital platforms.

- Strong understanding of lending products, RBI guidelines, and NBFC operations.

- Experience building scalable B2C/B2B2C financial journeys.

- Hands-on with data-driven decision making (SQL, analytics, A/B testing).

- Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI use cases is a strong plus.

- Engineering background preferred.
