FatakPay - LLM Engineer - Generative AI

Location : Mumbai (Hybrid).

Experience : 3 to 6 years.

About the Role :

Were looking for a hands-on LLM Engineer / GenAI Developer to join our core tech team at FatakPay. Youll be building AI workflows that go beyond chat real agentic systems that automate financial journeys, reduce human ops, and create intelligent user experiences across mobile, web, and kiosks. If you think in LangChain chains, run RAG pipelines for breakfast, and love coding agents that actually do things we want you.

What You'll Build :

- Agentic workflows using LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGPT for onboarding, loan processing, and post-loan flows.

- Integrate with internal systems (LOS, LMS, CRM, eSign, KYC, etc.) via secure APIs.

- Optimize AI cost-performance via smart caching, prompt tuning, context windows.

- Work closely with product & backend teams to automate real ops use cases.

- Enable multilingual, voice-first interfaces for low-literacy users.

Must-Have Skills :

- Python with hands-on experience in LangChain or similar frameworks.

- Experience building multi-step prompt workflows / agentic logic.

- Understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases (Chroma, Pinecone, etc.).

- Strong grounding in APIs, webhooks, and event-driven design.

- Ability to move fast and ship usable prototypes weekly.

Good to Have :

- Experience with LLM cost optimization, caching, token control.

- Awareness of data security, PII protection, and compliance in fintech.

- Familiarity with voice interfaces or multilingual AI (Hindi, Marathi, etc.).

- Open-source contributions or side projects in AI workflows.
