Falabella India - Full Stack Developer - Node.js/Fastify

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js with Fastify (or equivalent Node frameworks).

- Design and implement intuitive, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js and Chakra UI (or equivalent React UI libraries).

- Build and maintain unit test cases with Jest to ensure high-quality code delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.

- Work with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (e.g., Docker) as part of the development and deployment workflow.

- Ensure monitoring, logging, and performance optimization using tools like Grafana (or other visualization/monitoring tools).

- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for application deployment and scaling.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js, and React.js.

- Strong understanding of backend frameworks (Fastify/Express or similar).

- Solid experience with frontend frameworks, especially React.js.

- Hands-on knowledge of Chakra UI (or other modern React UI libraries).

- Experience writing unit/integration tests using Jest.

- Familiarity with DevOps workflows, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and monitoring tools like Grafana.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable code.

Nice to Have :

- Prior experience in product-based/startup environments.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of additional cloud providers (AWS/Azure).
