Facets Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

- Investigate and resolve Facets system issues reported by users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maintaining service level agreements.

- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external clients on Facets functionality, configurations, and best practices, empowering them to effectively utilize the system.

- Analyze system logs and data to identify root causes of problems, implementing corrective actions and preventative measures to improve system stability and performance.

- Collaborate with development teams to test and implement system enhancements and upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing potential disruptions.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Facets configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures, facilitating knowledge sharing and efficient problem resolution.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization, recommending and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Facets healthcare platform.

- Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

- Experience in SQL and database management, enabling efficient data analysis and manipulation.

- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations (e., HIPAA, ICD-10), ensuring compliance and data security.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
