We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React, Node.js and proficiency in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), and Good knowledge in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our development team.

As a Full Stack Developer at Facctum, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, RDBMS concepts, and AWS skills.

Development & Architecture :

2. Architect and implement robust, efficient, and reusable front-end and back-end components

3. Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance for complex features

4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices

5. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the full stack

Database & Backend :

2. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

3. Ensure data integrity, security, and optimal database performance

4. Implement caching strategies and optimize database queries

Collaboration & Leadership :

2. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

3. Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth

4. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies

5. Drive technical decisions and contribute to engineering standards and best practices

Quality & Innovation :

2. Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing)

3. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption of new tools and frameworks

4. Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements :

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js

3. Proven track record of delivering complex, production-grade full stack applications

4. Experience leading technical projects from conception to deployment

Technical Skills :

i. Expert-level proficiency in React.js, including hooks, context API, and performance optimization

ii. Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS

iii. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Redux Toolkit)

iv. Proficiency with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar)

v. Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards

vi. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

Back-End :

ii. Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL

iii. Understanding of WebSocket, real-time communication, and event-driven architecture

iv. Experience with authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, session management)

Database :

ii. Strong understanding of database design, indexing, and query optimization

iii. Knowledge of ORMs (Mongoose, Sequelize, TypeORM, or Prisma)

Version Control & Collaboration :

ii. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills :

2. Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

3. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
