Role Purpose :

The Lead Developer - ServiceNow IRM will lead the technical design, development, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions supporting Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) and Operational Risk & Controls capabilities. This is a senior, hands-on development role requiring deep practical expertise across the ServiceNow IRM product suite.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and development of solutions using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management.

- Remain hands-on across configuration, scripting, workflow design, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Build and enhance IRM capabilities including risk identification, control definition, and compliance workflows.

- Configure and extend IRM data models, records, forms, and assessment methodologies.

- Design workflows using Flow Designer, decision logic, and service-level controls.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and management information for AFC and Operational Risk & Controls stakeholders.

- Support integrations between ServiceNow IRM and upstream/downstream systems using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the ServiceNow IRM development team within an Agile delivery environment.

- Provide day-to-day technical direction, coaching, and support to developers.

- Establish and maintain development, configuration, design, and documentation standards.

- Conduct code, configuration, and solution design reviews.

Requirements :

- Significant hands-on experience designing and developing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IRM architecture, data structures, and workflow capabilities.

- Technical proficiency in Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and IntegrationHub.

- Experience leading developers and providing technical coaching within Agile teams.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance.
