About the Role:

The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive expertise in quantitative analysis, data strategy, and data storytelling to architect and deliver high-impact analytics that shape business strategy and drive executive-level decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and drive the development of innovative reports, predictive models, and analytical frameworks.

- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert consultation and data-driven recommendations.

- Lead complex, high-visibility analytics projects with ambiguous requirements.

- Mentor junior data analysts and foster a data-first culture.

- Define and evangelize analytics best practices across the organization.

- Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to influence data strategy and governance.

Tech Stack & Qualifications:

- SQL Mastery: Expert-level ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries.

- BI & Data Visualization: Mastery of enterprise BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Cloud Data Ecosystems: Hands-on experience with Snowflake or Databricks.

- AI-Driven Strategy: Experience designing AI-powered agents and automated analytical systems.

- Statistical Programming: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.

- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in data analytics.
