Are you a mobile development expert ready to lead technical initiatives in the mobile security domain? Do you enjoy building robust apps and SDKs, mentoring others, and working at the intersection of cybersecurity and mobile engineering?.

Were now looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to join our Services function and guide the development of our mobile solutions on either iOS or Android.

Youll play a key role in defining and maintaining technical excellence in our mobile apps and SDKs.

You'll work hands-on with the latest development tools and best practicesbuilding high-quality, secure solutions used by millions globally.

Alongside this, youll guide and mentor a small team of mobile developers and QA engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

This role is open to experienced mobile professionals with deep knowledge of either iOS (Swift/Obj-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java).

What You Will Do In This Role :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications and SDKs on either iOS or Android.

- Drive technical quality through architectural decisions, testing practices, code reviews, and mentorship.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to define testing strategies and validation processes.

- Support and evolve our CI/CD pipelines and mobile development automation.

- Create and maintain clear, thorough documentation (architecture, components, and workflows).

- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies, including AI-powered development assistants.

What are we looking for?

- Strong track record in mobile app and/or SDK development on either iOS or Android.

- Deep knowledge of :

1. iOS : Swift, Objective-C, UIKit/SwiftUI, Xcode, XCTest/XCUITest, Fastlane, etc.

2. Android : Kotlin, Java, Jetpack libraries, JUnit, Espresso, Gradle, Bitrise, etc.

- Experience leading technical projects or mentoring other developers.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

- Passion for clean code, maintainability, and secure development.

- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

- Experience in both Android and iOS development.

- Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.

- Experience leading distributed or remote teams.

- Background in cybersecurity or privacy-focused development.
