Working alongside our trusted IT partners, you'll help align IT operations with business objectives while continuously improving processes onsite.

Key Responsibilities In This Role :
- Ticket handling and troubleshooting
What are we looking for ?
- 2-3 years of hands-on IT support or Service Desk operations experience with a proactive approach to working with people and collaborating across cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- You work systematically, prioritize effectively, and are comfortable managing multiple IT tickets and tasks.
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) as that is our organizational language
- Proficiency with Jira and ticket management systems
- Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and processes
- Familiarity with O365, Entra, and Intune
- Windows OS experience
Bonus Points For :
- Experience or knowledge of MacOS, Claude, or CoPilot, so make sure to mention these in your application!
