Roles & Responsibilities :

- Build and deploy migrations, upgrades, and customizations to support unique customer workflows.

- Develop scalable full-stack features using Python/Java on backend and React + TypeScript on frontend.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Produce testable, production-ready features and ensure high quality through debugging and code reviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer needs into technical solutions.

- Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL data models, schemas, and queries for performance.

- Communicate updates and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

- Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements to systems and workflows.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in Python (or similar backend language) and React for frontend development.
