Role Overview :
As a Data Scientist at Ezeiatech, you will be at the forefront of integrating advanced AI capabilities into our product ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering and product teams to design, develop, and deploy intelligent models that solve real-world business problems.
Your day-to-day will involve translating ambiguous requirements into robust machine learning pipelines, with a specific focus on leveraging Large Language Models and Generative AI to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement RAG-based systems to improve the accuracy and relevance of information retrieval for enterprise applications.
- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models to automate complex workflows and enhance content generation capabilities.
- Design end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases for NLP and Deep Learning that drive measurable business growth.
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency to ensure seamless integration into production environments.
- Maintain a rigorous approach to data quality and model evaluation to ensure high standards of reliability and ethical AI usage.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in building and deploying LLM-based applications and RAG frameworks in a production environment.
- Strong command over NLP techniques and Deep Learning architectures, with the ability to implement custom solutions for unstructured data.
- Expertise in Python and core data science libraries, combined with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- A proactive mindset with 1-5 years of experience in developing data-driven products, capable of working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Gurgaon.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in analytical thinking.
