Position : ServiceNow Technical Lead


Experience : 7-10 years


Location : Bengaluru/Hyderabad Chennai


Role Summary :


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead who can guide solution design, lead development across multiple ServiceNow modules, and serve as the technical face of the project during customer-facing and marketing phases.


The ideal candidate is hands-on, certified, and capable of driving both technical delivery and presales/solution demonstrations.


Key Responsibilities :


Technical Development & Solution Design :


- Serve as the lead ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional team delivering workflow and automation solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules.


- Must have hands-on experience in at least two or more modules, such as :


1. ITSM


2. INTEGRATIONS


3. CSM


4. ITOM


5. ITAM / HAM / SAM


6. ITBM


7. GRC / IRM


8. HRSD


9. Custom Scoped Application Development


- Design, build, and enhance integrations with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, or custom interfaces.


- Create and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, and advanced platform scripting.


- Develop reporting solutions including dashboards, performance analytics, KPIs, and operational metrics.


- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.


- Maintain system design documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.


Frontend Leadership & Marketing/Presales Support :


Act as the technical lead in customer-facing engagements, including :


1. Product demonstrations


2. Feature walkthroughs


3. Requirement translation


4. Solution blueprinting


5. Presales/marketing presentations


- Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and presales teams to shape customer expectations and provide high-quality solution proposals.


- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.


Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence :


- Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers and administrators.


- Collaborate with project managers, process consultants, QA, and config teams to ensure end-to-end delivery alignment.


- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high technical quality.


- Support Agile ceremonies, contribute to user stories, and maintain clarity in acceptance criteria.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory


- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) At least one module


- Certified Application Developer (CAD) Strongly preferred


- Strong hands-on experience in minimum two ServiceNow modules.
