Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation and integration projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations.

- Develop and execute a robust GTM strategy for the Salesforce practice, identifying key markets and defining the value proposition.

- Drive account mining efforts to uncover new opportunities within existing client relationships, expanding our footprint and services offered.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities, including proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.

- Provide strategic direction for the practice, identifying opportunities for new service offerings, including niche capabilities like CPQ, Vlocity, and industry-specific solutions.

- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and

continuous learning.

- Manage customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and establishing a trusted

advisor status with clients.

- Oversee key practice KPIs forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce certifications and platform updates to provide

expert guidance to clients and team members.

- Develop and refine best practices and methodologies to enhance the practice's operational

efficiency and quality of service.

- Represent the company at community and industry events, enhancing our visibility and

thought leadership in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications :


- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Demonstrated success in Salesforce project delivery and GTM strategy execution.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce products, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

including niche capabilities such as CPQ, Vlocity, etc

- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified

Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist).

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
