Position Description :

We are looking for an experienced IBM MDM Developer with strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere MDM and Product Mastering Extension (PME). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining master data management solutions, ensuring data quality and governance across enterprise systems. The role involves working closely with product management and business teams to deliver scalable and efficient MDM solutions while following Agile development practices.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Product Management and business partners to understand use cases, business

requirements, and reporting needs.

- Design, develop, and maintain IBM InfoSphere MDM and PME solutions.

- Customize and extend MDM functionalities using Java.

- Implement and manage workflows using IBM Stewardship Center.

- Follow internal development best practices and SDLC processes including testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and

documentation.

- Document and showcase feature designs and workflows to stakeholders.

- Participate in team meetings, sprint discussions, and product development activities.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and system integration.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and design patterns.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Must Have :

- IBM InfoSphere MDM (Master Data Management) experience.

- Experience with IBM PME (Product Mastering Extension).

- Knowledge of IBM Stewardship Center (built on IBM BAW).

- Strong Java development experience for customization and extensions.

- Experience with IBM ISE (InfoSphere Explorer).

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and design principles.

- 5+ years of development experience.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Good to Have :

- Experience with IBM ISE Advanced Workflows (AW) or related IBM workflow components.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.

- Experience presenting technical demos or showcases to stakeholders.

- Understanding of enterprise data governance or MDM environments.
