Job Role : SAP Functional Consultant

We are looking for SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant / Project Lead / Delivery Manager

Experience : 15-20 years of SAP experience

Must have led minimum 2-3 end to end SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Project Type Worked on :

- Greenfield S/4HANA implementation

- ECC S/4HANA transformation

Base : Pune

Role Summary :

We are seeking a senior SAP Functional professional with strong business process understanding and project leadership capabilities.

The role involves owning the complete SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle-from business requirement gathering to go live and stabilization. This is a functional leadership role, not a BASIS or purely technical position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end to end SAP S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield)

- Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and process understanding

- Map ECC processes to SAP S/4HANA best practices

- Prepare and own :

1 Business Blueprints

2. Functional Specifications

3. Business Process & Agreement documents

- Coordinate with technical teams for :

1. Developments and enhancements (without SAP standard changes)

- Manage and drive :

1. Unit Testing & UAT

2. Business sign offs

- Conduct end user training

- Own Go Live and post Go Live stabilization

- Manage SAP project teams and stakeholders

- Act as Functional Lead / Project Lead / Delivery Manager

Required SAP Functional Skills :

Hands on and leadership experience in one or more SAP modules :

- FI / CO

- PP (Production Planning)

- MM (Materials Management) & QM

- SD
