Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :

Must-Have :

- Highly specialized SAP Basis expert with deep expertise in performance tuning.

- Strong focus on optimizing SAP HANA databases for maximum efficiency and speed.

- Extensive experience with SAP Netweaver Application Server performance improvement.

- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex system performance bottlenecks.

- Skilled in implementing best practices for SAP Basis administration and tuning.

- Ability to analyze system metrics and recommend tailored tuning strategies.

- Proficiency in ABAP programming for debugging and trouble shooting

Good-to-Have

- Background of ABAP programing, analysis & performance tunning

Responsibility:

1 Key responsibility include SAP Application Performance improvement by in depth analysis and implementing performance tuning mechanism

3 Strong communication and analytical skills are critical for collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and delivering efficient workload automation solutions.

4 Communicate with customer team directly to resolve issues and manage customer deliveries
