Role Overview :
As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our product development, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key product initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, as well as engage directly with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and translate them into compelling product solutions. Your work will directly impact our users by delivering innovative and high-quality products that solve their problems and drive significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas, aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and potential product differentiators.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and iterating on the product based on user feedback and data insights.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and key decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute successful product strategies, resulting in measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience in conducting market research, analyzing competitive landscapes, and identifying customer needs.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in technical concepts and technologies, including Java, Angular, and AWS.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
