Role & responsibilities :

We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS R12 Projects Accounting Functional Lead with deep, hands-on experience in project-driven intercompany billing. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Projects (PA) with end-to-end ownership of non-AGIS intercompany flows, covering PA - AR and PA - AP - SLA - GL accounting.

This role is suited for a seasoned PA consultant who has delivered and supported high-volume intercompany project environments in Professional Services, Engineering, or Global Delivery organizations.

- Lead and support Oracle R12 Projects Accounting (PA) with strong focus on project-based intercompany billing

- Design, configure, and support PA-driven intercompany cost and billing flows (non-AGIS)

- Manage end-to-end accounting across :

a. Oracle Projects - AR AutoInvoice

b.Oracle Projects - AP Invoice creation

c.Subledger Accounting (SLA)

d.General Ledger (GL) posting and reconciliation

- Support high-volume project intercompany processing, including month-end and period close activities

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across PA, AR, AP, SLA, and GL

- Perform reconciliations between PA costs, intercompany invoices, and GL balances

- Collaborate with Finance, Shared Services, and IT teams for smooth operations and close cycles

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of Oracle EBS R12 experience, with significant hands-on expertise in Oracle Projects (PA)

- Strong, demonstrable experience in Oracle Projects Intercompany Billing (project-driven, non-AGIS)

- Solid understanding of :

a. Project costing and cross-charge processing

b. Intercompany AR and AP invoice generation from PA

c. SLA accounting rules and GL impact

- Experience handling high transaction volumes and complex multi-OU / multi-legal-entity setups

- Proven involvement in production support, period-end

Skills Explicitly Not in Scope :

- AGIS-only intercompany processing

- Pure GL-level intercompany accounting without Oracle Projects dependency

Preferred Background :

- Professional Services, Engineering, EPC, or Global Shared Services environments

- Large, complex Oracle EBS implementations with global footprint

- Combination of implementation and post-go-live support experience
