Job Title : Machine Learning Engineer

Experience : 2 to 10 Years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design and build advanced machine learning models and systems for real-world use cases

- Develop and deploy production-grade ML solutions with scalable serving and APIs

- Own end-to-end ML system design including data ingestion, training, inference, and evaluation

- Optimize model performance, accuracy, latency, and resource utilization

- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to integrate ML into applications

- Implement deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle workflows to reliably operate ML models

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation for ML workflows as needed

- Take technical ownership of ML components and drive continuous improvement

Must Have :

- Strong experience in Python and applied machine learning development

- Experience building advanced ML systems and taking models to production

- Solid understanding of ML system design, model serving, and inference APIs

- Hands-on experience with production model deployment and performance optimization

- Working knowledge of MLOps practices such as CI/CD, model versioning, and monitoring

- Experience with Docker and containerized ML services

- Cloud experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS / GCP

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive ML deliverables

Good to Have :

- Experience with large-scale data processing using Spark

- Hands-on exposure to Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF)

- Familiarity with MLflow or similar experiment tracking tools

- Basic experience with Airflow or workflow orchestration tools

- Exposure to operating ML systems at scale in multi-team environments
