Responsibilities :

- Design and develop logical and physical data models using ERwin for healthcare data systems.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.

- Provide guidance to developers and QA to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading into data warehouses.

- Conduct data profiling to assess data quality and identify areas for improvement.

- Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices for data modeling and management.

- Document data models, data flows, and metadata to ensure clarity and compliance with industry standards.

- Participate in data architecture reviews and provide recommendations for optimization.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data modeling and healthcare data management.
