Role Overview :

As a Cloud IAM professional, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across various cloud platforms, primarily AWS and Azure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application development, to ensure secure and efficient access to cloud resources. Your work will directly impact the security posture of EY's cloud environments and enable seamless access for our internal users and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement IAM solutions on AWS and Azure, ensuring alignment with security best practices and compliance requirements.

- Manage the identity lifecycle, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews, to maintain a secure and compliant environment.

- Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures to govern access to cloud resources, minimizing risk and ensuring accountability.

- Automate IAM processes using scripting languages like Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Provide product support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Collaborate with application development teams to integrate IAM solutions into their applications, ensuring secure access control.

- Monitor and analyze IAM logs and alerts to identify and respond to potential security threats.

- Contribute to the development of IAM roadmaps and strategies to support the organization's cloud adoption initiatives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions in AWS and Azure environments.

- Proven expertise in identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.

- Strong scripting skills in Python for automating IAM tasks and integrating with other systems.

- Experience in developing and maintaining IAM policies and procedures to enforce security best practices.

- Ability to provide product support and troubleshoot IAM-related issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
