Role Overview:

As a Cloud IAM Engineer in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within cloud environments, primarily AWS and Azure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, and application development, to ensure secure and efficient access to cloud resources. Your work will directly impact the organization's security posture and compliance efforts, ensuring that only authorized users have access to sensitive data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement IAM solutions in AWS and Azure, aligning with security best practices and business requirements.

- Develop and maintain Identity Lifecycle Management processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

- Automate IAM tasks using scripting languages like Python to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

- Integrate on-premises identity systems with cloud IAM solutions to provide a seamless user experience.

- Monitor and analyze IAM logs and alerts to identify and respond to security incidents.

- Collaborate with application development teams to integrate IAM controls into their applications.

- Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards.

- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams on IAM-related issues.

- Conduct regular security assessments of IAM configurations to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement IAM solutions in AWS and Azure environments.

- Proven expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management processes and tools.

- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python for automating IAM tasks.

- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and access control.
