Role Overview :

As an Automation Expert, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation across our organization. Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Python, Alteryx, and GenAI. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities, build robust workflows, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your work will directly impact our operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable data-driven decision-making, ultimately enhancing customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using Python, Alteryx, and GenAI technologies to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Build and maintain robust and scalable automation workflows, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance.

- Implement and optimize GenAI models for various automation tasks, such as data extraction, natural language processing, and intelligent decision-making.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation solutions, including design specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users on automation tools and processes, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation technologies, including GenAI and prompt engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage them for business improvement.

- Contribute to the development of automation best practices and standards, promoting a culture of automation across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Python and Alteryx.

- Proven expertise in prompt engineering and GenAI model implementation for automation purposes.

- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.

- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in automation development and implementation.
