Role Overview :
As an Associate & Specialist & Manager - IAM, you will be at the forefront of securing and managing digital identities within our organization. Your day-to-day will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, ensuring seamless and secure access to critical systems and applications. You will collaborate closely with application teams, security architects, and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective IAM strategies. Your work will directly impact the security posture of the organization, safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement IAM solutions using technologies such as Oracle OIM, IIQ, and PingFederate to streamline user provisioning, access governance, and authentication processes for various applications and systems.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent and secure access management practices across the organization, adhering to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems, including Oracle DB, to enable single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other security features, enhancing user experience and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to identify and resolve issues related to user access, authentication, and authorization, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures, ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with application teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that meet their specific needs, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Automate IAM processes using scripting and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort, enabling faster user provisioning and access management.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using technologies such as Oracle OIM, IIQ, and PingFederate.
- Proven expertise in integrating IAM solutions with various applications and systems, including Oracle DB, to enable SSO, MFA, and other security features.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, concepts, and best practices, including access governance, user provisioning, and authentication.
- Experience in conducting security audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures, ensuring compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with application teams, security architects, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with team members both in-person and remotely.
