Extreme Networks - Oracle Consultant - PBCS/EPBCS

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Specialist with deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions, along with the ability to collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality planning and reporting outcomes.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle EPM applications, including Planning & Budgeting solutions (PBCS / Hyperion Planning).

- Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to understand planning, budgeting, and forecasting requirements.

- Design, configure, and optimize EPM modules, business rules, forms, dashboards, and calculation scripts.

- Manage data integration processes using FDMEE, ODI, or other ETL tools to ensure accurate data flow between EPM and source systems.

- Develop and maintain financial reports using Oracle FR, Smart View, and related reporting tools.

- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual planning cycles, ensuring system readiness and performance.

- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users.

- Work independently to manage multiple tasks and projects while ensuring timely delivery.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 10 to 14 years of relevant industry experience working with Oracle EPM applications.

Educational Qualification :

- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, ECE, EEE, or related fields.

- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM / PBCS / Hyperion Planning environments.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Hands-on expertise with Oracle EPM modules and configuration components.

- Knowledge of data integration tools such as FDMEE or ODI.

- Familiarity with reporting tools including Oracle Financial Reporting (FR) and Oracle Smart View.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with EPM Cloud enhancements and automation.

- Exposure to scripting (Groovy, SQL) for advanced configurations.

- Knowledge of financial consolidation or other Oracle Fusion applications.
