We are looking for an experienced Senior SDET - Automation / Lead to drive digital quality engineering initiatives across web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong hands-on automation expertise, leadership in test strategy, and close collaboration with development and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, scalable digital applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the automation testing strategy for web and mobile applications (Android & iOS).

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using modern tools and best practices.

- Implement and manage CI/CD integration for automated test execution.

- Perform code reviews and enforce automation standards and quality guidelines.

- Mentor and guide junior SDETs and manual testers.

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for early defect detection and shift-left testing.

- Create and publish test metrics, dashboards, and quality reports for stakeholders.

- Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, cross-browser, and responsive testing scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Digital Testing / SDET / Automation Engineering.

- Strong experience in Web & Mobile Testing (Android & iOS).

- Advanced hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, and modern automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright.

- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

- Experience with API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or Swagger.

- Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow).

- Strong exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps.

- Proficient in version control systems (Git).

- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
