Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Python Engineer with deep expertise in backend architecture, scalable systems, and marketplace platforms. The candidate will play a technical leadership role, driving system design, performance optimization, and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Backend Engineering

- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python & Django

- Build robust and secure RESTful APIs

- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability

- Marketplace Systems

- Develop and manage :

1. Product catalog systems

2. Transaction workflows

3. Third-party integrations

4. Workflow Engine Development

- Build automation pipelines and orchestration layers

- Implement state management and process flows

- API & UI Integration

- Collaborate with frontend teams for seamless API consumption

- Ensure API performance and usability

- Cloud & DevOps

- Work on AWS-based deployments

- Containerization using Docker

- Orchestration using Kubernetes

- Implement CI/CD pipelines

- Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead backend architecture discussions

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Python (Expert Level)

- Django Framework (Hands-on, deep expertise)

- RESTful API Development

- PostgreSQL / MySQL

- AWS (core services)

- Docker & Kubernetes

- Git & CI/CD pipelines

- System Design & Scalability

Good to Have :

- Experience in Marketplace Platforms (E-commerce / Aggregators)

- Workflow engines / orchestration tools

- Microservices architecture

Eligibility Criteria :

- Minimum 11+ years of experience (Strict filter)

- Strong backend system design experience

- Proven experience in high-scale applications
