Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Expert AI Engineer to join the Tango Project, an enterprise-grade Agent Development Platform (ADP) initiative focused on building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI Engineering, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, and LLM-driven applications, along with hands-on experience in designing and deploying enterprise AI platforms.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can architect AI solutions, build production-grade AI agents, and contribute to platform engineering, AI operations, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems.

- Build and implement RAG-based applications, knowledge bases, and GraphDB mappings.

- Develop lightweight Python SDKs and integrate AI agents with platform control planes and multiple LLM providers.

- Architect scalable AI pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and LLM-driven applications.

- Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, observability, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

- Build Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows, confidence thresholds, and security controls for responsible AI adoption.

- Integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications such as Confluence, Jira, GitHub, CRM, and ERP systems.

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver business-aligned AI solutions.

- Mentor AI engineers, establish engineering best practices, and participate in technical hiring and capability-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Extensive experience in Python and AI application development.

- Strong experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, and LLM-powered applications.

- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge engineering, and vector databases.

- Experience designing scalable AI architectures, distributed systems, and orchestration frameworks.

- Strong understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, and cloud-native development practices.

- Experience with containerized environments and enterprise integrations.

- Good understanding of security, data privacy, governance, and Responsible AI principles.

Good to Have :

- Experience with isolated runtime environments and agent sandboxing.

- Exposure to evaluation frameworks, hallucination testing, and Golden Datasets.

- Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate workflows such as Lease Accounting and CAM Reconciliation.

- Experience contributing to reusable AI frameworks and accelerators.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 11+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Platform Engineering.

- Proven experience building and deploying enterprise-scale AI platforms and intelligent applications.

- Experience leading end-to-end AI solution delivery, from architecture and development to production deployment and support.
