We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Data Engineer to join our IT team. As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end data engineering initiatives, leading the development of scalable data pipelines, and ensuring high-quality, reliable data solutions that support business decision-making.

What to expect in your journey :

- Lead and mentor the data engineering team to deliver scalable and high-quality data solutions.

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BI, analytics, business stakeholders) to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Manage integration of APIs and third-party data sources.

- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize data processes.

- Evaluate new tools, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.

- Ensure strong data governance, data quality, and documentation practices.

- Demonstrate strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, SQL, ETL, and cloud-based data workflows.

- Work hands-on with Power BI, Power Apps, Snowflake, and Python to support analytics and automation initiatives.

- Possess a strong understanding of Node.js, React, and GenAI concepts to collaborate effectively on modern application and AI-driven solution development.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, data warehousing solutions, and API integrations.

- Maintain and improve data quality across all pipelines and data environments.

- Effectively manage projects, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

What you bring to the table :

- 8+ years of professional experience in data engineering.

- Any graduate in IT-related fields such as B. Tech, B.E., or BCA is preferred.
