About the Role :

The role focuses on extensive solutioning expertise, with Experience as Data Management SME/Engineer.

Key Role and Responsibilities :

- Understanding Client Requirements :

1. Gathering business and technical needs.

2. Mapping pain points and desired outcomes.

- Solution Design :

1. Configuring or customizing the product to fit client workflows.

2. Creating integration plans (APIs, data flows, automation).

- Technical Validation :

1. Running Proof of Concepts (PoC), demos, and feasibility checks.

2. Ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.

- Implementation & Enablement :

1. Supporting deployment, onboarding, and training.

2. Collaborating with engineering and product teams for enhancements.

- Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support :

1. Building proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions.

2. Driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Must Haves :

- Candidates with 7-8 years or 10+ years experience.

- Experience in product development & solution designing.

- Strong problem-solving

- The candidate must have a background in Big Data technologies, specifically Spark and Hadoop.

- Experience with Oracle databases and SQL is essential.

- GCP experience is a plus, as is prior experience with Banking Compliance.

- The candidate should be capable of independently driving their responsibilities.

- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Protection Regulations is an added advantage.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in relevant field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
