Description :

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst Data Scientist with expertise in Time Series Forecasting, Demand Planning, Machine Learning, and AI/ML solution development. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience in building predictive models, and experience in deploying scalable data science solutions into production environments.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to solve complex business problems using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

Machine Learning & Forecasting :

- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models with strong focus on :

a. Time Series Forecasting

b. Demand Planning

c. Predictive Analytics

- Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and model evaluation.

- Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges.

AI & Data Science Solutions :

- Work on AI initiatives across :

a. Machine Learning

b. Conversational AI / Chatbots

c. Cognitive Engineering

- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and production-ready ML workflows.

- Ensure models and solutions meet standards of scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration :

- Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

- Present insights, recommendations, and model outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.

- Participate in code reviews, peer discussions, and solution design reviews.

- Contribute to best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Time Series Forecasting and Demand Planning.

- Hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks.

- Experience in model deployment, MLOps concepts, and production pipelines.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
