Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end functional solution design for SAP S/4HANA programs.

- Drive business requirements gathering, blueprinting, and detailed process mapping across functions.

- Collaborate with technical, integration, and business teams to ensure seamless cross-module integrations.

- Provide functional leadership during configuration, unit testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live phases.

- Ensure all solutions adhere to SAP best practices, business standards, and compliance requirements.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and system design.

- Support change management, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of overall SAP functional experience.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in a Solution Architect role.

- Strong functional expertise in MM, SD, FI, and SuccessFactors.

- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver business-focused, scalable solutions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, or SAP Cloud environments.

- Exposure to additional SAP modules or niche functional areas.

- Prior experience working in large transformation or global rollout programs.
