SAP FIDRC (E-Invoicing Specialist)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FI/SD invoicing, VAT compliance, and GCC e-invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with business and technical teams to support operations across KSA and UAE markets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP FI/SD invoicing implementations with a focus on GCC compliance

- Design, configure, and optimize SAP FI invoicing and SD billing processes

- Manage the Purchase Invoice lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Implement and support KSA ZATCA e-invoicing (Phase 1 & Phase 2) requirements

- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and taxation regulations

- Configure and support Output Management (Print, Email, PDF formats)

- Work with SAP e-Document frameworks including DRC, AIF, EDI, and XML mapping

- Gather business requirements, translate them into functional designs, and drive solution delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to resolve issues and improve processes

- Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory updates related to invoicing and taxation

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Functional Skills :

- Strong expertise in SAP FI invoicing and SD billing

- Hands-on experience with Purchase Invoice processing

- Solid understanding of VAT configuration for GCC countries

- Experience in Output Management (Print, Email, PDF)

- Working knowledge of SAP DRC, AIF, EDI, and XML mappings

- In-depth knowledge of UAE taxation laws and compliance requirements

Experience & Competencies :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI)

- Minimum 2 end-to-end KSA ZATCA e-invoicing projects (mandatory)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to design scalable SAP solutions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and lead functional discussions
