Role Description :

EvoluteIQ is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI/ML feature within our platform.

This role requires strong prior experience in AI/ML product development in a product-based environment, with at least 10+ years of hands-on- product management experience.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Feature Ownership :

- Own the complete lifecycle of AI/ML features from ideation to production release.

- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams.

- Drive roadmap definition, prioritization, and delivery planning for AI/ML capabilities.

- Ensure delivered features meet business objectives, quality benchmarks, and user needs.

- Drive post release- assessment and iteration based on usage data and feedback.

Research & Requirements Gathering :

- Conduct research on AI/ML industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Identify high-value use cases and business opportunities across domains.

- Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to understand business problems and define scope.

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and success metrics.

- Evaluate feasibility, impact, and business value of proposed AI/ML features.

- Stay informed about developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging tools.

Documentation & Communication :

- Create comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, and workflows.

- Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria and test scenarios.

- Maintain documentation on feature scope, functionality, limitations, design decisions, and usage guidelines.

- Present feature proposals, roadmap updates, and delivery of progress to stakeholders and leadership :

- Ensure alignment of product expectations across technical and business teams.

Engineering & Delivery Collaboration :

- Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, DevOps, QA, and architecture teams to deliver high quality- features.

- Ensure seamless integration of AI/ML workflows and model lifecycle management.

- Partner with data science to assess model fit, evaluation metrics, and deployment readiness.

- Support delivery planning, grooming, sprint execution, and release cycles.

- Coordinate go to- market- activities, enablement, and user training.

Required Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on product management experience, with proven ownership of AI/ML or GenAI product areas.

- Prior experience working in a product company is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of :

1. ML lifecycle, inference, evaluations, ML Operations processes

2. Data engineering concepts

3. LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering

- Strong documentation skills PRDs, user stories, specs, and roadmaps.

- Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

- Experience with agile methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Experience with low code/no code platforms or enterprise workflow systems.

- Experience running experiments (A/B testing) or evaluating GenAI/ML models
