Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Avature AI Subject Matter Expert / Solution Lead with strong hands-on expertise in the Avature platform and Avature AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in designing, configuring, implementing, and delivering Avature-based Talent Acquisition and HR solutions in enterprise environments. The candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of AI capabilities across recruiting, CRM, onboarding, and related talent workflows.

The candidate must have practical experience with Avature AI, Copilot, AI Agents, Agentic Automation, Conversational AI, Semantic Matching, AI Recommendations, and Skills-Based Hiring, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, implement, and deploy scalable Avature and Avature AI solutions for Talent Acquisition and HR use cases.

- Lead the implementation of Avature AI capabilities, including Copilot, AI Agents, Agentic Automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

- Design and implement Conversational AI and chatbot solutions to improve candidate engagement and support.

- Configure and optimize Semantic Search, Semantic Matching, AI Recommendations, and Skills-Based Hiring capabilities.

- Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, business, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process transformation.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Avature AI solutions.

- Define and implement appropriate AI governance, controls, explainability, privacy, security, and compliance practices.

- Lead solution testing, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement of Avature AI capabilities.

- Drive user adoption, training, enablement, and change management for Avature AI solutions.

- Provide SME-level guidance on Avature configuration, workflows, portals, integrations, and AI capabilities.

- Support large-scale Talent Acquisition and HR transformation programs.

- Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware, integrations, and enterprise systems.
