Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional with strong hands-on expertise in campaign automation, customer journeys, and SFMC integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments and be capable of independently managing marketing automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder

- Develop and maintain automations using Automation Studio

- Create and manage Email Studio assets, Data Extensions, and audience segmentation

- Write and optimize AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries for personalization and automation

- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, CRM, and technical stakeholders

- Ensure campaign performance, data accuracy, and timely delivery of marketing initiatives

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaigns, integrations, and automations

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

- Experience with Marketing Cloud Next (MCN) is highly preferred

- Expertise in :

1. Email Studio

2. Journey Builder

3. Automation Studio

4. Data Extensions

- Strong knowledge of :

i. AMPscript

ii. SSJS

iii. SQL

- Hands-on experience with REST & SOAP APIs

- Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external applications
