Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security Expert to lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives across Operational Technology (OT) environments, including industrial control systems and critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OT/ICS security, compliance frameworks, and threat management, along with hands-on experience in modern security tools and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage OT (Operational Technology) security programs across industrial and critical infrastructure environments

- Ensure compliance with global security standards such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR

- Design and implement Zero Trust Architecture for Industrial Control Systems (ICS)

- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and threats

- Manage and optimize SIEM tools such as Splunk and QRadar

- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments in OT environments

- Implement and maintain cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen overall security posture

- Drive security awareness programs and best practices across the organization

- Provide strategic leadership and guidance on OT cybersecurity initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-10 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity

- Strong hands-on expertise in SIEM tools and threat detection mechanisms

- In-depth knowledge of global security frameworks and regulatory compliance standards

- Experience working with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

- Proven experience in vulnerability management and penetration testing

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in high-risk, critical infrastructure environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, CEH, or similar

- Experience in industrial sectors like energy, utilities, manufacturing, or oil & gas

- Exposure to incident response and digital forensics in OT environments
