Job Title : Oracle OCCAS Developer

Location : Remote

Experience : 5+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and manage Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS) on WebLogic Server environments.

- Develop and deploy SIP Servlets and converged applications on the OCCAS platform.

- Integrate OCCAS with third-party APIs and applications (REST/SOAP) to enhance communication features.

- Design and implement solutions for call branding, caller ID verification, spam detection, and fraud prevention.

- Work on AI/ML integrations (e.g., deepfake detection) within call flows to strengthen communication security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, product, AI/ML) for requirements gathering, solution design, and troubleshooting.

- Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and debugging of OCCAS applications to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system installations, configurations, and deployments.

- Stay current with Oracle Communications technologies, telecom standards, and AI-driven communication trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven hands-on experience as an OCCAS Developer with Oracle Communications products.

- Strong expertise in OCCAS installation/configuration with WebLogic Server.

- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and SIP Servlet API.

- Experience with SIP, RTP, Diameter protocols.

- Knowledge of database technologies (Oracle DB, SQL).

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of telecom standards : IMS, VoLTE, RCS.

- Experience with AI/ML platforms (e.g., Resemble AI, Mutare, or similar).

- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments, shell scripting.

- Exposure to load balancing, high availability, and disaster recovery for OCCAS.

- Oracle certification(s) is a plus.
